About the Default Filter Configuration

Management > Linguistic Tool Setup > Filter Configuration: <Content Filter>

Each content filter for a particular file type comes with a default configuration. You can modify the default configuration, but you cannot delete it. You can add new configurations for the file type, and give them different names from the default. The configurations are assigned to the target assets using AIS properties. If you have a filter set for a particular MIME type (equivalent to a file type), you can assign that filter to an asset in the project type (Management > Business Rules Linkage > Project Types) or on the Change Properties page.

The help page for configuring each content filter describes the default behavior, and the available settings.
