Accessing the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base on the SDL support portal is an excellent resource for using WorldServer and for known issues. Even if you are not experiencing an issue, the Knowledge Base can be a tool for using WorldServer in an effective manner for your organization.

Access the Knowledge Base through the SDL website..

To access the Knowledge Base

  1. Go to http://www.sdl.com
  2. Select Support > SDL Knowledge Base > SDL WorldServer.
  3. Browse through the Knowledge Base.
