Adding, Viewing and Modifying Vendors

Management > User Setup > Vendors > Vendor

To add a vendor

Procedure

  1. From the Management > User Setup > Vendors page, click Add. WorldServer displays the Vendor: New page.
    • Alternatively, you can base the new workgroup you are adding on an existing workgroup, by clicking the existing workgroup, modifying it, then using Save As to create the new workgroup.
  2. Specify the appropriate properties for the vendor.
  3. Click Save.

What to do next

WorldServer returns to the Management > User Setup > Vendors page.

To view or modify vendor information

Procedure

  1. From the Management > User Setup > Vendors page, click a vendor name.
    WorldServer displays the Vendors: <name> page displaying current vendor information.
  2. Change any properties as needed.
  3. Click Save.

WorldServer returns to the Management > User Setup > Vendors page.
