Changing Assignees in a Project
You can change a task assignee at the point of project creation.
In the Create Project dialog box, specify the workflow to use for the project. You can then change the users assigned to the steps within the chosen workflow as follows:
- Select Change Workflow Assignees. The Change Task Assignees dialog box appears.
- From the Change Task Assignees dialog box, choose the workflow.
- Choose the user or users to whom you want to assign the step. Only users of the project locale and workgroup are available for selection.
- Click OK.
