To complete Projects

You can complete the Tasks of one or more Projects if the Tasks are all in the same workflow step.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Projects page. To access the Projects page, you can either go to Home > Overview and then click the number of projects on the top right of the screen, or you can go to Home > Projects on the slide-out navigation pane.
  2. Expand the desired Project Group and then select the Project(s) that you want to complete. To automatically select all the Projects, select the entire Project Group. At this stage, you can only select for completion Projects Groups or Projects the Tasks of which are in the same step.
  3. On the ribbon, click Complete Step.
  4. In the Complete Task(s) Step(s) dialog box, the next step is selected by default. Type a comment in 1024 characters or less to explain why the Tasks are being sent to the next step.
  5. When finished, click OK.
