  • Expand the pane across the screen by clicking the Full screen button.
  • Exit full screen by clicking the Exit full screen button.
  • Collapse the pane by clicking the Collapse button.
  • Choose which information you wish to see by clicking the General Information, History or Workflow tabs.
General Information
This tab displays general information related to your task: the name of the project, the task ID, the source and target assets, and the total progress. You can download the source and target assets by clicking them.
History
This tab displays the history of the task, with details regarding the date of any change performed, the user who performed the change (including step assignments), and any comments added. You can filter the history to display only the human actions by clicking the respective box.
As of WorldServer 11.1.1, an entity history functionality has been added to log changes between users and groups, such as adding a user to a workflow role or removing a user from a locale. For information about activating this information in your task history, see the "Configuring optional settings in general.properties" topic in the WorldServer online documentation and search for entity history.
Workflow
This tab displays the workflow that your task uses.
