Task Options
You can change a Task's due date or expected duration, you can change its priority, Attributes and status, and you can move a Task to another Project.
- Changing the due date or expected duration of tasks
When you change the due date of a task, you can choose to notify the assignees about this change. By doing so, you can make sure that they prioritize their work properly and deliver it on time. - Change task priorities
When a project is created, its tasks are assigned a priority by default. If you have permission to do so, you can change the priority of all the tasks within a project from the project list, or of individual tasks from the task list. Note that you cannot change the priority of a running task; you can only change the priority of a task that is in queue, waiting to run. - Change Attributes
- Changing the status of a task
You can use task status in the task list for your own internal tracking of a task's status. A task's status changes to "In Progress" automatically when you save a translation in the Translation Workbench. In addition, it changes to "Exported" and "Imported" when those events occur. You can also change a task's status manually (except that you cannot manually change the status to "Exported" or "Imported"). - Moving a task
You can move tasks to another project with the same locale or to a new project. Depending on whether you choose to move the tasks to an existing project or to a new project, you either select the existing project, or specify a name, description, and workgroup for the new project. - Move Task - Step 2
You can move tasks to another project with the same locale or to a new project. Depending on whether you choose to move the tasks to an existing project or to a new project, you either select the existing project, or specify a name, description, and workgroup for the new project
