Working with projects in SDL WorldServer 11.3

SDL WorldServer 11.3 provides a number of features that help you manage projects more easily.

On the Projects page, you can:
  • Sort any column (ascending or descending) by clicking the column header.
  • Resize any column (except for the Status column).
  • See the total number of projects.
  • Use pagination to navigate more easily (up to a maximum of 350 rows/page).
  • Refresh the projects list by clicking the Reload button.
  • Decide how many records to see on the page by selecting the desired value from the Show list.
  • See notifications on the top right-hand corner of the screen every time an action you perform on this screen is successful or unsuccessful.
Project views
If you are a regular WorldServer user, you can filter which projects to display in the Projects Groups page by selecting the following options from the View list:
  • projects assigned to me — Lists the active projects that have at least one task assigned to you.

  • projects for my locales and workgroups — Lists the active projects for which both the locales and workgroups are part of your user profile.
  • all active projects — Lists all the active projects in the system (all the projects that are not completed or canceled).
  • all completed and canceled projects — Lists all projects that are either completed or canceled and have not been garbage collected yet.
  • all projects — List all projects that are active, completed or canceled.
