System Logs Logging records all actions that occur as part of WorldServer processes, such as exceptions, restarts, and dates and timestamps for certain actions. The system log can be found at Management > Administration > System Logs.
The System Monitor tool Troubleshooting WorldServer can sometimes be challenging, especially in a clustered environment. To find the root cause of a potential outage, you have to obtain several JVM and database reports and provide them to SDL. You can obtain these reports by using the System Monitor tool.
