Downloading system-level or built-in reports

All system-level reports are built-in reports. You can export and download system-level reports in *.pdf format. You can also print system-level reports straight from the application. Moreover, you can export and download the individual report components in *.xls format, in *.csv format, or in both formats, depending on their type.

Procedure

  1. Connectez-vous à Trados Enterprise (en cliquant sur ce lien : http://languagecloud.sdl.com/fr/lc).
  2. Go to the Reports view and select the Dashboards tab.
  3. Double-click a built-in report to open it.
  4. To print the full report straight from the application, do the following.
    1. In the upper right-hand corner of the report, select the Export icon.
    2. From the menu, select Print.
    3. In the Prepare for printing dialog, configure the values of the Paper size field and of the Paper orientation field. Select or clear the Print background color option.
    4. Select GO TO PREVIEW.
    5. Select Print.
  5. To export and then download the entire report in *.pdf format, do the following.
    1. In the upper right-hand corner of the report, select the Export icon.
    2. From the menu, select Print.
    3. In the Prepare for printing dialog, configure the values of the Paper size field and of the Paper orientation field. Select or clear the Print background color option.
    4. Select GO TO PREVIEW.
    5. Select Print. In the Destination field, select Save as PDF, and then select Save.
    6. Open the built-in report again.
    7. In the upper right-hand corner of the report, select the Export icon.
    8. From the menu, select View exports.
    9. Identify the *.pdf export and select Click to download.
  6. To export report graphs and charts individually in *.csv format, or to export report tables individually in either *.csv or *.xlsx format, do the following.
    1. Select a graph or a chart. In the upper right-hand corner of a graph or of a chart, select the three vertical-dot menu, and then select Export to CSV.
    2. Select a table. In the upper right-hand corner of the table, select the three vertical-dot menu, and then select either Export to CSV or Export to Excel.
    3. In the upper right-hand corner of the report, select the Export icon.
    4. From the menu, select View exports.
    5. Identify the *.csv or *.xlsx exports, and then select Click to download.
