Enabling AutoCorrect when Track Changes is enabled
By default, Track Changes is automatically enabled when you open a file for review or sign-off. However, AutoCorrect is disabled by default, but you can enable it by following the instructions in the current procedure.
Procedure
- Open a file for review or open a file for sign-off.
- In the Options dialog, in the navigation tree, select .
- On the right-hand pane, under Track Changes, select when you want track changes to be automatically enabled:
- When you open a document for translation (Translation).
- When you open a document for review (Review).
- When you open a document for sign-off (Sign-off).
- On the right-hand pane, under Track Changes, select whether you want AutoCorrect enabled automatically while you review your files with Track Changes enabled:
- To enable AutoCorrect, select the AutoCorrect checkbox.
- To disable AutoCorrect, clear the AutoCorrect checkbox.
- Select OK.
