As translators, you may receive a file containing translation quality assessment (TQA) items back from review. These are suggested changes that reviewers make in TQA (also known as Assess Quality mode), using custom quality metrics specified in a TQA configuration. You can accept or reject these changes in order to update your translation with reviewer suggestions.
Procedure
- Open a file for review or open a file for sign-off.
- Go to the Review tab and use the options in the Track Changes and TQA group to navigate and review TQA items.
Tip: Use the TQA display filter to view only the segments that have TQA. Go to Editor view, and on the Review tab, in the Display Filter group, select Active FilterSegment ReviewWith TQA.
- Choose how to display the proposed changes:
- Show Markup to view the changes in the target segment.
- No Markup to preview what the segments look like with the TQA accepted.
- Show original to view the original document as if all the TQA items were rejected.
- Select Next and Previous to move between TQA items.
- Select Accept to accept the currently selected TQA and move to the next one or use the drop-down list to select one of the other available options:
