The Help tab is available in all views and gives you access to Help resources and useful product and licensing information about Trados Studio.

The following table describes all the default groups and commands that are displayed on the Help tab in any view:

Access your account area on the RWS website where you can find information about your licenses, downloads, orders and about your Support & Maintenance agreement.

Go to the global RWS website, where you can find general information about RWS and the company's products and mission.

RWS Trados Events

Find about upcoming Trados conferences close to you.

Studio Blog

Access the Trados Studio blog where you can find regular posts and updates about Trados Studio and how to use it.

RWS Community

Access the RWS Translation Productivity Community where you can participate to discussion topics along with peers and RWS Staff.

Check for Updates

Manually check for Trados Studio updates.

You can also set up automatic checks for updates when Trados Studio is started.

Actions

Product Activation

Display the Product Activation window where you can activate/deactivate your license and check your license information.

Customer Feedback

Display the Customer Experience Feedback Options dialog where you can start or stop participating in the RWS Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP).

If you chose to participate in the CEIP, RWS collects anonymous information about how you use and interact with Trados Studio. The purpose is to improve the features you use most often and help design future versions of the software. The program only collects usage data and does not record or send any personal information. For more information, see the Customer Privacy Policy.
