You can easily apply formatting to your text, while translating, using a drop-down list.
Procedure
- Go to the Projects view and select the project you want to work on.
- Go to the Files view and double-click the file you want to work on.
- In the Editor window, select the text for which you want to apply formatting and press Ctrl+,(comma). A drop-down list is displayed with sample text formatted in different styles. Depending on your settings, the formatting can also be displayed as tags. This list only contains formatting that was used in the source segment.
- The first formatted sample text is selected automatically. In the source segment, the formatted text is highlighted.
- If this is the required format, press Enter or Tab to apply the format to the target segment.
- If this is not the formatting you want to apply, press Down Arrow to select another format from the drop-down list and then press Enter or Tab.
- To stop applying the formatting, press Ctrl+,(comma). Select the sample formatted text and press Enter to stop applying it to the file.
