Browsing termbase entries

You can browse termbase entries for consultation or specific look-up.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Projects view and open the project you want to work on.
  2. In the Files view, open the file you want to work on.
  3. In the Editor view, you need to open the termbase you want to browse. A termbase may have automatically opened when you opened your file. Display the Termbase Viewer window:
    • To list the terms from the default termbase in alphabetical order, in the Editor view, go to the View tab in the ribbon and select Termbase Viewer.
    • To list the terms from the termbase in which a match was found, select a term in the Term Recognition window or Termbase Search window and then select View term detail.
  4. Select a layout from the drop-down list in the Termbase Viewer window.
  5. Select an input model from the drop-down list. If none are available, the default input model is used.
  6. To see the termbase entry for a term, select the term from the list. The termbase entry is displayed in the Entry pane.
  7. Navigate the list of terms in the Browse pane using the following methods:
    • Press the Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys on your keyboard.
    • Press the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard.
    • Scroll through the list.
