Browsing termbase entries
You can browse termbase entries for consultation or specific look-up.
Procedure
- Go to the Projects view and open the project you want to work on.
- In the Files view, open the file you want to work on.
- In the Editor view, you need to open the termbase you want to browse. A termbase may have automatically opened when you opened your file. Display the Termbase Viewer window:
- To list the terms from the default termbase in alphabetical order, in the Editor view, go to the View tab in the ribbon and select Termbase Viewer.
- To list the terms from the termbase in which a match was found, select a term in the Term Recognition window or Termbase Search window and then select View term detail.
- Select a layout from the drop-down list in the Termbase Viewer window.
- Select an input model from the drop-down list. If none are available, the default input model is used.
- To see the termbase entry for a term, select the term from the list. The termbase entry is displayed in the Entry pane.
- Navigate the list of terms in the Browse pane using the following methods:
- Press the Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys on your keyboard.
- Press the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard.
- Scroll through the list.
