Configuring Microsoft Visio file types

You can configure Microsoft Visio settings to customize the way this file type is processed during translation or review.

Procedure

  1. To configure file type settings, go to:
    • Projects view > Home > Project Settings, for the active project.
    • File > Options, for all future projects.
  2. Expand File Types and select Microsoft Visio.
  3. On the Common page, customize what content becomes translatable:
    • Master view content - extracts master view content.
    • Headers and footers - extracts headers and footers for translation.
    • Hidden content (shapes and slides) - extracts hidden content for translation.
    • Locked shape content - extracts locked content from shapes which excludes text from edit or delete operations once applied.
    • Alternative text - extracts text from corresponding ALT HTML attributes for translation.
    • Hyperlinks - extracts text from hyperlinks for translation.
    • Comments - extracts comments for translation.
    • Document properties- extracts document properties.
  4. Click OK to close the window.
