Deleting TQA items

When TQA items are no longer necessary, you can safely delete them.

Procedure

  1. Open a file for review or open a file for sign-off.
  2. Go to the Review tab.
  3. Enable TQA by doing one of the following:
    • In the Track Changes and TQA group, select Track Changes and, on the drop-down list, select Assess Quality (TQA toggle button).
    • From the TQA panel, select Assess Quality (TQA toggle button).
  4. Decide whether you want to delete one TQA or all TQAs:
    • To delete one TQA, from the TQAs panel, select the TQA row you want to delete and then select Delete TQA symbol.
    • To batch delete TQAs, from the TQA panel, select all the TQAs of interest and then select Delete TQA symbol
    • To delete all TQAs, from the TQAs panel, select any TQA row and then select delete all TQAs.
    If the TQA item is of type Addition, the added text is also deleted.
  5. When finished, save the file.
