Editing TQA items

You can edit or batch edit the TQA items that contain incomplete or inaccurate information.

Procedure

  1. Open a file for review or open a file for sign-off.
  2. Go to the Review tab.
  3. Enable TQA by doing one of the following:
    • In the Track Changes and TQA group, select Track Changes and, on the drop-down list, select Assess Quality (TQA toggle button).
    • From the TQA panel, select Assess Quality (TQA toggle button).
  4. Edit a TQA item by doing one of the following:
    • In the TQA panel, select the TQA row you want to edit, and then on the Ribbon, in the Track Changes and TQA group, select Edit TQA (Edit TQA button). In the Edit Quality Assessment Item dialog, make any necessary changes and select OK.
    • In the TQA panel, right-click the TQA row you want to edit, select Edit TQA (Edit TQA button) and in the Edit Quality Assessment Item dialog, make any necessary changesand select OK.
    • In the TQA panel, identify the TQA you want to change and adjust the values for each of the available columns: Category, Severity, Comment.
    • To batch edit TQAs from the same project, from the TQA panel, select all the TQAs of interest, right-click and select Edit TQA (Edit TQA button). In the Edit Quality Assessment Item dialog, make your changes and select OK.
  5. When finished, save the file.
