Enabling Match Repair
By default, Match Repair is enabled for the Editor view, and disabled for the two Batch Tasks it can apply to: Analyze Files and Pre-translate Files. If you decide to disable either of the Match Repair options, you can enable them back from the Trados Studio general options.
About this task
If you enable MatchRepair, the length of the segment will be checked and if there are more than ten words, the option will be ignored.
If you enable Match Repair from general options, it applies to all future projects. If you enable Match Repair from project settings, it applies only to the current project.
The option will be ignored if the segment will contain more than ten words. You can always configure the default value for MatchRepair by editing the MatchRepairSegmentNumberMax value in the SDLTradosStudio.exe.config file available in your installation location of Trados Studio.
