|---|---|
Server Address | This is the address of the Trados GroupShare server computer you want to connect to. If the server does not appear for selection, enter the server name. If the server is on a different domain you may need to enter the complete URL of the server. In the Add GroupShare Server version of this dialog, there is no list of servers to select from and you have to enter the server name. |
Port | This is the number of the port to be used by the connection. |
The server requires a secure connection (SSL) | Select this box if the administrator tells you that a secure connection is required. |
Authentication:
| The default authentication method is GroupShare authentication. With this method you must complete the User name and Password boxes. Both are case-sensitive. If you want Trados Studio to remember your user name and password, select Do not prompt me again. Windows authentication is only available to users who have been set up to use their Windows user name and password to log on to Trados GroupShare servers. If you have been set up to use Windows authentication, the Use Windows authentication box is automatically selected, and the User name and Password boxes are automatically completed. Not all user accounts have passwords. |
Do not prompt me again | If you want Trados GroupShare to remember your user name and password (and use them automatically whenever you log on to this server), select this box. |
