Manual Tasks dialog

Use the Manual Tasks dialog to manage the manual tasks you can assign to packages. When you create a project package you are required to assign a manual task to the package recipient. A manual task is an assignment that you have to perform and its purpose is to give instructions on what work needs to be completed. For example, if you send a translator a project package, you could assign the translator the Translate task to indicate that they should translate the files in the package.

To display this dialog, do one of the following:
  • On the Review Project Packages page of the Create Project Package wizard, select Tasks.
  • On the Ribbon, go to File > Setup > Manual Tasks.

There are two default tasks, Translate and Review.
