You mark the project as Complete after you have finished all work on the project (all files in the project have been translated, reviewed and finalized), and the translation memory (TM) has been updated with the content from the translated files. After you mark a project as complete, you will no longer be able to perform any batch tasks to files within that project.
Procedure
- Go to the Projects view, and do one of the following:
- Right-click the project, and, on the context menu, select Mark as Complete.
- Go to the Home tab, and select Mark as Complete.
- If you are working with a Trados GroupShare server-based project, you may also want to remove the project from the Trados GroupShare Project Server to free up space for other projects. To do this, right-click and select Delete Project from GroupShare.
Note: If further work needs to be performed on a project after you have already marked it as Complete, you can revert the project status to In Progress. To do this, right-click the project (in the Projects view), and select Revert Project to In Progress. The project status changes to In Progress and you can perform batch tasks on the files within that project again.
