Project package translation workflow: Offline workflow

The project package translation workflow is an offline workflow in which project work is distributed among team members for translation, review and final submission. This is an example of one way in which you can work with projects through the use of project packages.

After creating a new project, the Project Manager creates project packages and sends them to the first person in the workflow, typically, a translator. Translators open the packages and work on the files. When translators finish their work, they put the translated files, and any other material, into new packages and send them to the next person in the workflow, usually the reviewer. Once reviewers finish they put the completed translations in a return package and send them back to translator who then send a return package to the Project Manager. Project Managers then finalize the files.
