Reserved Words in Prompts
When writing or editing the prompt, include the following key terms to ensure that the AI technology interprets your instructions correctly.
Prompts in AI Assistant should use the following reserved words to strengthen the prompt instructions and provide maximum clarity to the LLM for best results.

| Source | Whenever you refer to the content of the source document or segment, refer to it as "source". Do not say "translate this English segment into the target language" but simply say "translate this source". If you want to give a specific subject matter as context to the prompt, then say for example "This source is from the field of heavy engineering. Translate it using heavy engineering terms wherever possible." |
| Translation | Whenever you refer to the target content in your translation, refer to it as "translation". Do not say "Review this target segment for accuracy and style and rewrite it accordingly" but rather "Review this translation for accuracy and style and rewrite it accordingly". |
| Terms | This is a reserved word for the terminology-aware capability in AI Assistant. Use it whenever you need to ensure that terms from your termbase are used to provide translations or enhance NMT suggestions for better term consistency. |
| Comment Prompt - Included only when a specific comment prompt is available and the option is selected from the settings. | The instructions that describe what should be returned in the comment. For example: "Describe the changes applied to the translation ". |
