Running Trados Studio from the command line
You may find it useful to run Trados Studio from the command line, for example to start the program with a specified project opened.

Procedure
- Press Windowslogokey + R.
- Do one of the following:
- Run Trados Studio - In the Run dialog, type:
%programfiles(x86)%\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\SDLTradosStudio.exe. - Display the command line usage for SDLTradosStudio.exe - In the Run dialog, type:
%programfiles(x86)%\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\SDLTradosStudio.exe /help. All the command line arguments for SDLTradosStudio.exe are displayed. Command line arguments are not case sensitive. - Run Trados Studio and open a file (for example, %Documents and Settings%\User\My Documents\example.docx) - In the Run dialog, type:
%programfiles(x86)%\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16/opendocument"%Documents and Settings%\User\My Documents\example.docx".
