Sending error messages to Customer Support
If you get an error message, you can get further assistance from RWS by sending them the error details.
Procedure
- When an error message is displayed in Trados Studio:
- View the error details by selecting Show error details.
- Save the error details by selecting Save error details. In the Save As dialog, navigate to the location where you want to save the error and select Save. The file is saved as an
*.sdlerror.xmlfile.
- Send the
*.sdlerror.xmlfile to the Customer Support team.
