Working with files in the Manager view
Upon clicking on a project card in the Projects List, a new tab automatically opens to display the files contained by the selected project.
Files are grouped into expanders, each expander corresponding to one source or target language.
You can search for a specific file by name from the Search box in the upper right-hand corner of the File Details section.
You can sort the files, ascending or descending, by clicking on one of the column names: NAME, WORDS, SIZE, FILE TYPE IDENTIFIER, USAGE, STATUS or PROGRESS.
You can also resize and reorder the columns to suit your preference.
Selecting one or more files sets the Translate dropdown, at the top of the section, active. From the dropdown you can open the file, or files if you selected multiple, in the Editor to either Translate it, Review it, or Sign Off.
From the Batch Tasks dropdown you can run one or more batch tasks at any time for the selected project. If you are an experienced user of Trados Studio, you might notice this is the same dropdown from the Projects view, in the .
