Configuring project-related preferences in Trados Customer Portal

Specify how the language selector is displayed during project creation (as a drop-down list or as multiple check boxes) and how the project information panel is displayed after project creation (over the existing content or next to it).

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Customer Portal (by accessing this link https://languagecloud.sdl.com/cp) and enable all browser cookies.
  2. Select My Account The icon of the My Account button., and then select Edit User Settings.
  3. Under Preferences, do the following:
    • Select Use alternative language display when creating projects to have a drop-down list selector instead of a check box selector for languages during project creation.
    • Select Sidebar overlaps content if you want the project information panel to overlap the content instead of being resized. This panel is displayed when selecting a project row on the All Projects page, in the List view.
  4. Select Save Settings.
