Consulting error details at system level

You can consult the details of all the errors which occur during your session: timeouts, validation errors, network-related errors and so on. These error details make troubleshooting easier when you contact support or the technical team.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Team (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
  2. Select notifications ring bell symbol.
  3. Expand the Errors and Warnings section.
  4. Select the check box corresponding to the error you want to learn about. The error details are shown on the right-hand side pane: Trace ID, error details (name, code, URL).
