Defining ordinal followers

When you define a list of ordinal followers, you edit the language processing rule used to create a TM. You can define a list of ordinal followers for each source language of your TMs.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Team (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
  2. Go to the Resources view.
  3. Select the Language Processing Rules tab.
  4. Select the check box corresponding to the language processing rule of your choice and select Edit.
  5. On the [language processing rule name] page, under Customized Language Resources:
    • If the source language is in the list, mouse hover at the end of the row, and select The icon corresponding to the Customize button..
    • If the source language is not in the list, under the LANGUAGE column, select a language from the list. Click anywhere outside the LANGUAGE column.
  6. On the [customized language resources name] page, select Ordinal Followers.
  7. Enter new ordinal followers or edit existing ones.
  8. Select Finish.
  9. On the [language processing rule name] page, select Save.
