Deleting connected devices

From Trados Team, you can deregister (delete) a Trados Studio device in order to free a Trados Studio licence seat or deregister a browser seat.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Team (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
  2. Go to your account and select Manage Account.
  3. Select the Connected Devices tab.
  4. Select the check box next to the device you want to deregister.
  5. Select Delete and confirm your choice.

What to do next

To deregister a Trados Studio device, you must now log in to Trados Studio, deactivate your licence and move it to a new device. When you log in to that new device with your Trados Studio and your cloud account, the device appears automatically in the list of connected devices in Trados Team.
