Deleting member users

You can delete member users if they are no longer part of your organization.

Before you begin

When a user is deleted, the tasks that were accepted by that user are released back and users from the initial list of assignees can accept the tasks. If there are no other initial users assigned to the tasks, these tasks will remain unassigned. No email notifications are sent to users in these cases.

Therefore, check whether the user you want to delete is assigned to any task. After you delete the user, you must reassign the task to another user, if there are no other initial assignees available.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Team (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
  2. Go to the Users view and select the Members sub-tab.
  3. Select the check boxes corresponding to the member users you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete.
