Deleting projects in Trados Customer Portal

You can delete projects that have one of the following statuses: New/Not Started, Preparing, For Approval. Project deletion is irreversible.

About this task

When deleting a project, its associated data is not retained in the system.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Customer Portal (by accessing this link https://languagecloud.sdl.com/cp) and enable all browser cookies.
  2. On the All Projects page, do one of the following:
    • Select the List The icon corresponding to the List view. view and identify the project row of interest.
    • Select the Tiles The icon corresponding to the Tiles view. view and identify the project tile of interest.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select the check box of the project or projects you want to delete, and select Delete from the toolbar.
    • Identify the project tile of interest and select Delete this project.
