Editing customer details

You can edit all customer details, except the customer location.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Team (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
  2. Go to the Customers view.
  3. Select the check box corresponding to the customer whose details you want to edit.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the Settings sub-tab and change one or all of the following options:
    • Customer Information > Logo - Add a logo which will be displayed when customers log in to Trados Customer Portal.
    • Customer Information > Name - Edit the customer name.
    • Customer Information > Key contact - Select an available contact from the list or enter a new one.
    • Customer Information > RAG status - Flag the customer with a color that can signal the status of the customer's projects: Green (all is fine and according to schedule); Amber (there are some issues or delays with the customer's projects); Red (the situation is critical and requires immediate attention).
    • Customer Information > Folder visibility - Choose an option: Default (the folder is public) or Private.
    • Custom Fields > Add Custom Field - Select one or more custom fields for you customer. Associating custom fields with customers helps you filter your customers faster.
  6. Select Save.
