Handling cancelled files in Trados Customer Portal

The files that are cancelled in Trados Team can be seen in Trados Customer Portal.

About this task

When files are cancelled, the quote is adjusted automatically.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Customer Portal (by accessing this link https://languagecloud.sdl.com/cp) and enable all browser cookies.
  2. After you create your project, go to the All Projects tab.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select the List The icon corresponding to the List view. view, identify the relevant project row, and then select it.
    • Select the Tiles The icon corresponding to the Tiles view. view, identify the relevant project tile, and then select Project Details.
  4. Check the files marked Cancelled. The source files marked Cancelled can still be downloaded.
  5. When finished, select X to close the project page.
