Advanced Settings
HyperlinksSelect the check box to include hyperlinks as translatable content.

If the user chooses to change a hyperlink's URI that is extracted for translation, then they should be aware that there are some limitations.

A URIs syntax is regulated by official Internet standards. Unfortunately, Microsoft Word does not fully comply with any of these standards, and it treats URIs in its own, opaque way. Because of this, hyperlinks that are normally valid may not be seen as valid by Word and vice-versa.

Our filter can not anticipate all URI situations that Word can/can't handle.

Moreover, some URIs inside Microsoft Word documents can be opened in Word (2016 or higher), but not in earlier versions.

HTTP(S) URLs are unescaped during parsing. File URLs and mail subjects are unescaped, and the contents of the corresponding target segments are escaped in the writer.
Custom numberingSelect the check box to include the content of the numbering format as translatable content.
Optional hyphensSelect the check box to include optional hyphens as translatable content.
Locked content controlsSelect the check box to include locked content controls as translatable content.
Content controls list item valuesSelect the check box to include the values of content controls as translatable content. For this case, the values of content controls are a list of restricted choices.
The content of footnotes and endnotes is automatically extracted as translatable content. The following elements are also extracted and displayed (when preview is enabled): formatting, numbering, custom marks.
