Project delivery
Project delivery marks the end of your project.
During the project delivery stage, administrators, lead project managers or project managers can perform final checks and download the translated files.
- Performing final checks
Perform final checks to spot any translation errors or omissions. - Holding file for feedback
The Hold for Feedback task was introduced in November 2023. A file can be held for feedback, prior to its delivery to the customer. After receiving feedback, the file can either be sent back to various stages in the workflow if changes are necessary, or sent to the last workflow step. - Downloading the files of all your accepted tasks
You can download the files of all your accepted tasks as a*.ziparchive. You can then work on these files offline and upload them individually after you finish your work. You can also choose to download only completed files (by selecting the Only completed files check box). - Downloading translated files from Trados Team
After the files are translated, download them and send them to your customer. - Downloading translated files from Trados Studio
You can download the target files from Trados Studio at any time. - Completing projects
When all the translation work is finished, mark the project as Complete manually. If you do not complete a project manually, the project is completed automatically after 90 days counted down from the project start date, unless you specify a custom number of days. You can specify the number of days after which a project is automatically closed, in the project Settings tab. - Reverting completed projects
If your project still needs work, but you already marked it as Complete, you can move it back to In Progress. - Archiving projects
Projects receive the Archived status automatically after the number of days specified in the project Settings tab have passed. When creating or editing project templates or projects, use the Settings tab to specify the project completion configuration and the project archival configuration. - Operations with Completed and Archived projects
Consult the operations you can perform on Completed and Archived projects.
