Refresh behavior
You can refresh data manually in Trados Customer Portal.
There are 2 ways to manually refresh the data in Trados Customer Portal.
- Select the Refresh button on the All Projects tab to get the latest project data from Trados Team. Whenever there is new data, the Refresh button is marked by a notification in its upper right-hand corner.
- Expand your account menu in the upper right-hand corner of the application, and select Refresh to clear your cache and synchronize Trados Customer Portal with all the data from Trados Team.
The data is not refreshed automatically.
