Removing customer users from customer groups

Remove customer users from customer groups if those users are no longer in charge of submitting translation projects or of checking translated content. Removing users does not mean that these users are deleted. To delete users from the account, go to the Users view.

Before you begin

Check whether the user you want to remove is assigned to any task. After you remove the user, you must reassign the task to another user.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Team (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
  2. Go to the Customers view.
  3. Select the customer whose customer users you want to remove.
  4. On the Users tab, select the check boxes corresponding to the customer users that you want to remove.
  5. Select Remove.
