Resending membership invitations to customer users
When you resend customer users an invitation to become members of a customer account, users receive a link to activate their membership via email. You can resend an invitation to all customer users who have not accepted the invitation yet.
Procedure
- Log in to Trados Team (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
- Go to the Customers view.
- Select the customer to which the customer user belong.
- In the Users tab, select the check box corresponding to the user you want to reinvite and do one of the following:
- Expand the Invitation menu, and then select Resend invitation.
- Expand the Invitation menu, and then select Copy invitation link. Paste the invitation link and send it to the user.
