Resending membership invitations to customer users

When you resend customer users an invitation to become members of a customer account, users receive a link to activate their membership via email. You can resend an invitation to all customer users who have not accepted the invitation yet.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Team (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
  2. Go to the Customers view.
  3. Select the customer to which the customer user belong.
  4. In the Users tab, select the check box corresponding to the user you want to reinvite and do one of the following:
    • Expand the Invitation menu, and then select Resend invitation.
    • Expand the Invitation menu, and then select Copy invitation link. Paste the invitation link and send it to the user.
