Switching accounts in Trados Customer Portal

Make sure to choose the right account when you perform any action in Trados Customer Portal.

Before you begin

You are part of multiple business accounts and your actions are governed by multiple sets of permissions.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Customer Portal. In the Your accounts pop-up, choose the account of interest and click Select Account.
    You are now authenticated in the selected account.
  2. Alternatively, when already logged in, select your username initials in the upper-right corner of the screen.

    The Your account pop-up is displayed, containing all the accounts you belong to.

  3. The highlighted account in the list is the account you currently logged in. Identify the account of interest, select it, and then click Switch Account.
    You are now authenticated in the selected account.
