Viewing project status in Trados Customer Portal

Select All Projects and check the status of each project.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Customer Portal (by accessing this link https://languagecloud.sdl.com/cp) and enable all browser cookies.
  2. On the All Projects page, do one of the following:
    • Select the List The icon corresponding to the List view. view and identify the project row of interest.
    • Select the Tiles The icon corresponding to the Tiles view. view and identify the project tile of interest.
  3. Check the project status. The available values are:
    • New/ Not Started - A project with this status is created but not started either because it does not have all the source files attached, or because it still needs additional details before being processed.
    • Preparing - A project with this status is started and being processed by the first automated tasks in the workflow, such as TM matching and file processing.
    • For Approval - A project with this status must be approved by a customer requester or another representative in terms of project quote.
    • In Progress - A project with this status is in translation.
    • In Finalization - A project with this status is in between file review and final checks.
    • For Download - A project with this status is ready to be downloaded. The workflow reaches the File Delivery task.
    • Completed - A project with this status was marked as completed.
