Authenticating Zendesk in Managed Translation

Use your standard Zendesk credentials to authenticate Zendesk in Managed Translation.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Managed Translation account and go to your account name dropdown list.
  2. Select Connectors.
    The page displays your Active, Inactive, and Available connectors.
  3. Select Connect under the Zendesk logo.
    This will redirect you to Zendesk. After this step is completed, you will return to Managed Translation, where you will be able to see your Zendesk content.

Results

After you authenticate, the connector is visible under Active Connectors. From this screen, you can connect and disconnect your connector. After connecting, you will not be asked to re-connect, so creating subsequent projects is much quicker.
