You can personalize any property set used in objects tables displayed in Publication Manager and in the dialogues evoked through the Tridion Docs menu in the XML Editors.
Procedure
- Right-click anywhere in the table and select Add/Remove Columns.
- Select in the left-hand list the property you want to add and click Add.
- Select in the right-hand list the property you want to remove and click Remove.
- Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to reorder the items in the list. The item on top of the list will be in the left-most side of the table.
- To add advanced properties to your table, first select the Show advanced columns checkbox, then add the desired items.
Note: Un-selecting that checkbox will remove all advanced items from your table.
- To revert to the default settings, click Restore Defaults. This will revert all addition and removal, and also restore the default order of the columns.
