Administering users in Organize Space
Add or modify users in Organize Space to control access to Content Manager functionality.
- Creating new users
To allow users to sign in to Content Manager and access the repository, create Content Manager users. Users can be authenticated by Content Manager itself or by an external system (single sign-on). - Changing user properties
You can modify user permissions, group assignments, language and other properties from Organize Space. - Deleting users
You can delete users if they do not appear in the repository. For instance, if they do not appear in the workflow, in the baseline, or in event monitor logging, and so on. - Searching for users and filtering users
You can search for users by filtering the user list for any property displayed (other than a date or date-time property).
