Functional differences between Publication Manager and Organize Space

Some Tridion Docs content management functions are available in both Organize Space and Publication Manager, and some are provided by only one of the two. In most cases this depends on the intended practical application for each of these tools. Here are general guidelines that may help you anticipate where you can find a specific functionality.
