When managing translations, you often need to know how many objects have to be translated, and what the word count of the objects is (individually and in total).
Procedure
- In Organize Space, go to .
- Locate the publication for which you want to view the translation report.
- In the list of publications, double-click the publication to show the detail view.
The detail view shows all publication versions, and within each version, the available output formats.
- From the list, select the publication version for which you want a report, and select Generate translation report in the button toolbar.
A Generate translation report dialog opens.

- Click OK.
Results
A translation report is generated and appears in a new screen. The objects that are only available in the source language are listed at the beginning of the report. Then a status count is given of all the objects that exist in the requested translation language.
The details section shows all objects with their individual word count.
Within the report you can also move an object to the next status in the workflow.
