The Metrics reporting feature enables you to measure the effectiveness of your use of structured content, and of your content reuse, through reporting and analytics. Specifically, the features enables you to:
- produce out-of-the-box reporting
- measure content reuse
- provide return-on-investment (ROI) metrics
- identify cost savings gained through the use of structured content
- validate team efficiency and productivity by business unit
- Organize Space toolbar improvements

This release improves the usability and accessibility of the Organize Space user interface with the following changes to the toolbar buttons:
- Adding text labels to the buttons
- Grouping related buttons
- Organize Space grid view and grid resolution
- Organize Space users can now apply an alternate grid layout to the list view, which is particularly useful for viewing multimedia content. This enhancement uses the latest technology, which provides an improved user experience over conventional thumbnails.
The grid view is available when working in the Content area from any of these Organize Space tabs: Structured content, Inbox and Search.
The grid view is useful to users primarily while they are working with images, but it applies also to non-image objects. For non-images, the grid view shows a larger icon representation of the object type.
In support of the grid view, 15.1.1 adds a new resolution, Grid resolution. As with other resolutions, system administrators can define this resolution in Organize Space under . The default grid resolution is Low.
- Review resolution for Organize Space
- You can define the review resolution setting to change the image resolution that is used in Collective Spaces whenever a user chooses the option to view an image in the review resolution.
- Add-on configuration available for background extensions
- Previously, because Add-on configurations were transferred via the Extensions endpoint, they were available only for front-end extensions. Now, the configuration is also load into application memory, so now back-end extensions can also read the configuration.
