Organize Space changes (15.1.0)
The Tridion Docs 15.1 release introduces several improvements to Organize Space.
- Publication Hub
- The Publication Hub in Organize Space is a central place for teams to access a publication that is in development and for individual members to access specific assignments for work on that publication. The Publication Hub is located under a new tab in Organize Space called Publication Hub.
- Settings tab
- All the screens under the Settings tab, some of which were copies of the old Web client screens, have now been modernized and restyled to match the overall Organize Space user experience.
- Adding and deleting publications and publication outputs
- Organize Space now enables you to add and delete publications in a publication-type folder, and add and delete publication outputs for a publication.
- Open in Publication Manager option
- From Organize Space, users can now open a publication in the Publication Manager desktop application (provided the user has the Publication Manager software installed on their system).
- New screens for XML configurations

The following new screens have been added under :
- The AI Assistant screen, in which you configure the new Draft Companion feature
- The Delete Plug-ins screen, in which you configure the new delete plug-ins
- The Taxonomies screen, in which you configure the new, simple taxonomy.
- User interface in Canadian French
- The Organize Space user interface is available in Canadian French.
