Authors create and edit their content in Content Manager, and then they push it to delivery platform for publication.
Publishing to Dynamic Delivery
Content sent to the Presentation server is typically the viewed on a web application that is accessible to external customers and users. This output type, called Dynamic Delivery, is intended to be the presentation type for released content.

Publishing to XPP and other output types
In the Content Manager you can publish to one or more output types.
- A publish to the XPP server involves a round trip where content is sent to the server and which generates PDFs that are save in Content Manager. The PDF is downloadable from Organize Space.
- Other output types, such as WebHelp, are stored generated then stored in Content Manager. They can be downloaded from Organize Space.
